Eligibility for Returns:

  2. Original Packaging: Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, with all original tags, labels, and seals intact.

  2. Return Authorisation: Our customer support team will guide you through the return process. 

  3. Secure Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring that it is well-protected for transit. Include any provided documents inside of the package to help us identify and process your return quickly.

  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return. Please retain the shipping receipt and tracking information for your records.

 

Processing and Refunds:

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will initiate the refund process. Please note the following details:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • We will refund the cost of the returned item(s) excluding any shipping charges.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These include but are not limited to:

  • Opened or used beauty and personal care products
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate apparel and undergarments
